Shopping and Online Delivery Methods
Online Postage, Packing and Delivery.
Most of our orders are sent on a 24 hour carrier service which we aim to despatch same day if received before 12.00 Monday to Friday. Small or low value orders sent by Royal Mail are subject to their normal service level and may be delivered on Saturday. We reserve the right to vary the method used to dispatch orders, appropriate to the value, weight and dimensions of the package. All deliveries are subject to the carriers terms and conditions and Brew2bottle cannot be held liable for delivery events outside of our control. We recommend that you add a contact phone number to your order so the driver can contact you to make the delivery, if required. We do reuse all our incoming packaging so your order will arrive in a variety of recycled materials, some of which may be inside where experience tells us its use will help protect the product.
Orders with a value exceeding £70 are sent Free of Charge to UK mainland address in zones A & B, whilst rates in Zones C & D are discounted by our standard next day rate of £5.99, but will attract the carriers standard additional fees and surcharges. You may receive a supplementary invoice for payment before despatch, to cover the varied rates charged for this service.
For all other orders up to 20 kg in weight, we charge a flat rate of £5.99 for postage and packing, across mainland UK* (Zone A and B). Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland (Zone C and D) have higher charges (click hyperlinks to view).
As we don't have a minimum order value, we usually send any order by the most cost effective method, irrespective of the postage method chosen and this may include Royal Mail 2nd class.
Standard Delivery - up to 20kg - 2 to 3 working days
Our standard delivery can take between 2 and 3 days to arrive and although not guaranteed, in the majority of cases we try and send next working day to UK mainland addresses. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are all subject to additional carriage charges and delivery time. *Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly, deliveries will be at the standard charge plus £7.25 invoiced carriage surcharge. There must be someone at the shipping address to sign for each delivery. Our carriers will leave a card for you to contact them if you are out. You may be charged the return shipping fee if you do not arrange delivery.
In Store Collection
It is free to collect your online order from the shop. Just select 'Collect in store' as your despatch method and bring your sales order confirmation with you, so we can process your order more efficiently. Please see shop opening hours for collection times.
We no longer offer a free or reduced rate service for Local and Warrington deliveries.
Out of Stock Items.
We try to keep our website stock levels correct and up to date but sometimes an item is sold in the shop before the website can be updated, leading to us being out of stock of something you have ordered. In this case, If we expect to have your item back in stock within 5 working weekdays, we inform you of the likely delay and will process the order as normal after the items are received into stock. If the items cannot be restocked quickly, we will advise you of this by email and suggest one of the following options:
1. We hold the order until your complete order is back in stock.
2. We will advise you of an alternative product and if the alternative is of a lower value than your original order, we will refund the difference to your Payment account. You will not pay any more if we supply a higher priced alternative.
3. That we ship any out of stock items at a later date, at no additional cost to you.
4. We deduct the item from your order and arrange for the value of the item to be refunded to your Payment account.
