This home made wine kit makes a classic spanish medium bodied red wine
Made from the finest grape concentrates which California has to offer, California Connoisseur has become synonymous with outstanding wines of distinctive character, worthy of being served to all who appreciate the proud heritage of the vintner's art.
This kit produces 23 litres of quality wine in as little as 28 days.
Ingredients: Grape juice from concentrate (preserved with sulphur dioxide), liquid invert sugar, diammonium phosphate, malic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid and yeast nutrient. Also contains bentonite, isinglass, potassium sorbate, wine yeast, potassium metabisulphite.
May contain premium oak, elderberries, elderflowers, glucose and/or tannin.
