Confidentiality and Data Protection.

Brew2bottle take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. We will never pass your details on to any third party and the only information we keep about you is what you provide yourself when dealing with us. This information can be stored for up to 7 years.

Any orders paid through Nochex, Google Checkout or PayPal, are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we keep records of orders received, no data about credit/debit cards used is handled by us. Any notes taken of card details placed with us by phone, are securely destroyed immediately after completion of the payment process.

Brew2bottle follows all guidelines issued by the information commissioners office concerning the retention of personal data. All of the limited personal information we have on record may be queried by our customers. If you have any concerns about such personal information, please contact us immediately by telephone, email or letter. Our contact details are at the top of the page.

Our policies and processes for taking payments and making deliveries are set out on dedicated pages. Please see website for details.  NB The Brew2bottle reward card is not eligable for a stamp on delivered items.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with the items you have ordered, you have the right to cancel and you must return the goods and packaging at your cost, in good condition and unused, for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt. In this case you have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and we reserve the right to make a charge for any damage sustained to the goods prior to receipt by us. If goods are returned to us because of a non delivery to you, we will deduct the carriers return costs from any refund.  Should you require us to re-ship the items then a charge will be made for any return and re-delivery costs.

Brew2bottle accepts no liability for loss or damage during return transit. Confirmation of posting is not a guarantee of delivery nor of return in good condition. We recommend that goods are returned via a "signed for" service.

Requests for refunds received after 7 working days may be made at the discretion of Brew2bottle. If any item has been used, or is otherwise unsaleable, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Errors and Omissions, including pricing.

The general, advice and guidence offered by Brew2bottle is intended to assist with all your home brewing activities and is made in good faith. As we have no control over all the circumstances in which the advice is used, we do not guarantee the results. If any error of factual content is found in on this website, please advise of for correction. If there are errors in pricing, Brew2bottle will honour the lowest price shown for that occasion only. We reserve the right to alter the Prices shown at any time.

Missing items, or Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged

If any of the items in your order are incomplete, damaged or missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of signing for the goods, so we can raise the matter with our carriers. If, on detail checking of your order, you believe any items are damaged or missing from it, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we may investigate the matter and resolve the issue.

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to supply the correct item at our expense. If we request you to return the incorrectly supplied items we will reimburse your reasonable direct costs to do so.

Age restrictions

Brew2bottle does not sell to people under 18 years of age. Although it is quite legal to do so, we do not believe that the craft of home brewing is best served by encouraging underage drinking. It is a condition of using this website that you are over 18 years of age.
