I've made this Young's Kit two or three times since getting back into home brewing. It is easy to make with a minimum of equipment. It turns out each time with a consistently balanced bitter taste. I've tried bitter kits that have cost twice the price and although they do taste more like a premium priced bitter the difference in taste doesn't match the increase in cost.

At the time of writing I'm sampling a bottle with my Cheese and Pickle Roll for lunch. They seem to complement one another very well.

This Kit is definitely well worth trying out.
