Quality Price Value This was my first California Connisseur kit and on reading the instructions was somewhat put off by the great detail they go into. I've done a number of kits now and these were, by far, the most comprehensive instructions.
However, that said, if this is your first kit, such detailed instructions are ideal if you're just starting out. Literally, step by step, you can't go wrong.
The end product is amazing, top quality wine, probably of the standard of an £8 shop bought bottle.
