I bought this kit, firstly as a challenge.....is it possible to make wine in 7 days? and secondly as a 'filler'. It sure did meet the challenge and after 7 days the Rose was bottled. I did end up filtering it twice, but it was worth it. This is a great little kit if you just need to turn round a quick few bottles. My husband loves it and thought it had a nice little kick to it (must be the sugar), and it gets better after being bottled a few weeks.
