Okanagan Peach Icewine Style - Limited Release

The Okanagan Valley is situated in the rain shadow of the Coastal mountains in British Columbia. The low annual average rainfall of this region, means that part of the valley is a true desert and in this climate the Vidal grapes ripen to a perfect intensity, with notes of honey, apricot, and spice. Winexpert's limited edition Okanagan Peach Icewine contains Vidal grapes from the Okanagan valley and has deep 'Peachy' floral notes and a perfect sweetness to add to the perfume of a luscious sun ripened peach.

Produces 3 gallons of port and requires no added water. Requires a 3 gallon carboy.

Food Pairings: Can be enjoyed all on its own, it's an excellent accompaniment to earthy or salty cheeses like Danish blue or Tilsit, or spicy snacks like tapas or flavorful Asian dishes.
