15 litres of finest quality grape juice concentrate makes 23litres (30 bottles) of superb wine. This kit requires racking so a second fermenter is needed.
Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is noticeably less acidic than the wines from New Zealand and is more similar to the French style. The Sauvignon Blanc vine buds late and ripens early, so it does well in sunny, slightly cooler climates as if too hot, the grapes quickly over ripen which produces a wine dull flavours and flat acidity. Sauvignon Blanc produces
the best wines in cooler climates such as the Maipo Valley.
This wine is perfectly suited to a wide range of dishes from veal through risotto to fish.
