The famous 'Le Parfait' preserving jar is used for bottling and preserving all sorts of food. This glass jar and lid has an orange rubber seal to keep the contents edible after bottling. The lid is closed with a sturdy metal clip.
Use these jars not only for preserving fruit but for making Sloe and Damson Gin.
