For the old style Air Still. Fit the carbon sachets into the white connector between the clear plastic and the stainless steel of the still). The sachet has to be changed every time a batch of alcohol or water is put through the still.
If you have a grey collector filter then these sachets are placed into the white spout to act as an additional filter or if you prefer the main filter for increased purity.
The sachets must be rinsed under a hot water for 45 seconds before use in order to activate the carbon.
