A pack of metallic blue coloured PVC shrink caps for use on standard wine bottles. These caps are applied by placing them over the wine bottle neck and rotating the PVC shrink cap through a jet of steam from a boiling kettle. Alternative ways of shrinking these caps include the use of the low setting on a hot air paint stripper. Hairdryers do not get hot enough.
