A bag of White coloured PVC shrink caps for use on standard wine bottles. These caps are applied by placing them over the wine bottle neck and rotating the PVC shrink cap through a jet of steam from a boiling kettle. Alternative ways of shrinking these caps include the use of a hot air paint strippper.
Each cap 30mm dia x 53mm long to fit standard wine bottle neck.
