Online Postage, Packing and Delivery.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday up to 12.00 and we aim to despatch all orders same day, however when we are busy we sometimes take up to 3 days. Small orders sent by Royal Mail, may be delivered on Saturday as part of their normal service.

Postage Charges

Orders with a value exceeding £60 are sent Free of Charge to UK mainland address in zones A and B, whilst rates in Zones C & D are discounted by our standard rate of £6.95.

For all other orders up to 20 kg in weight, we charge a flat rate of £6.95 for postage and packing, across mainland UK* (Zone A and B). Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland (Zone C and D) have higher charges (click hyperlink to view)

Small orders under £10.00 in value or under 500g, which can be despatched by 1st or 2nd class mail, will incur a postage and packing charge of £4.00.

Standard Delivery - up to 20kg - 2-3 days

Although not guaranteed, in the majority of cases our carrier can deliver next working day to UK mainland addresses. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are all subject to additional carriage charges and delivery time. *Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly, deliveries will be at the standard £6.95 plus £6.25 invoiced carriage surcharge

Non Delivery - If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all return and re-despatch costs.

In Store Collection

It is free to collect your online order from the shop. Just select 'Collect in store' as your despatch method and bring your sales order confirmation with you, so we can process your order more efficiently. - Please see shop opening hours for collection times.

Local Deliveries

For orders over £15, we can deliver within a 7-mile radius of Northwich for free, using our own delivery drivers. This can be at a mutually convenient time such as evenings and weekends.

We will call you to arrange, after you have placed your order on the website. We can collect payment upon delivery, either cash, Card or cheque (with guarantee card). (NB on check out, select 'Cheque' as payment option, but don't post it!). If you prefer to post a cheque then we will await clearance before desptaching the items. We are happy to deliver evenings and weekends subject to driver availability - you'll never have to re-arrange a delivery again!

The map below shows the approximate qualifying area for our delivery service - this will be an available option in your checkout. We cover Northwich, Middlewich, Winsford, Weaverham, Dutton, Antrobus, Comberbach, Great Budworth, Pickmere, Knutsford, Allostock, Holmes Chapel, Byley, Peover, Stretton, Cuddington, Sandiway, Little Budworth, and everywhere in-between!

Out of Stock Items.

We try to keep our website stock levels correct and up to date, so you should not order items flagged as "out of stock". Sometimes an item is sold in the shop before the website can be updated, leading to us being out of stock of something you have ordered. In this case, If we expect to have your item back in stock within 5 working weekdays, we inform you of the likely delay and will process the order as normal after the items are received into stock. If the items cannot be restocked quickly, we will advise you of this by email and suggest one of the following options:

1. We hold the order until your complete order is back in stock.

2. We will advise you of an alternative product and if the alternative is of a lower value than your original order, we will refund the difference to your Payment account. You will not pay any more if we supply a higher priced alternative.

3. That we ship any out of stock items at a later date, at no additional cost to you.

4. We deduct the item from your order and arrange for the value of the item to be refunded to your Payment account.
