Lager Kits
Lagers were originally brewed in the mid 19th Centuary in the town of Pilzen in the Czech Republic. They're characterised by being blonde beers but can be amber or even dark coloured. The beers are ‘lagered’ using a bottom fermenting yeast which works at lower temperatures and are then matured in a cold atmosphere to create a crisp, clean and refreshing beer.
