Burton Bridge - Bitter - 40 pints
The recipe for this kit has been developed to the original Real Ale recipe produced by the Burton Bridge Brewery in Burton-on-Trent, where cask ales are produced using traditional methods.
Burton Bridge Beer has been voted Camra Bitter of the Year.
This kit can be brewed using normal sugar, however we recommend using 1Kg of medium spraymalt to enhance the malt flavours of this traditional bitter.
