The 20l bag in box is ideal for storing home made wine and still cider as the bag keeps the product fresh with the carbon dioxide blanket surrounding the brew and enhancing the shelf life. The bag collapses around the liquid after pouring so no air gets back in to spoil the drink. You can reuse the box and the disposable bag is replaced for each brew, removing the need to sterilise bottles. The bag in a box is ideal to put your finished wine or still cider in, after fermentation is complete.

Instructions for use.
The plug is supplied pushed in just 1 stage, so take it out, sterilise the bag and tap, rinse twice with clean water, fill the bag as far as possible with wine or cider. Exclude as much air as possible and push the plug in to second stage. Then test it over the sink. gentle squeezing and watching for leaks. You shouldn't get any, but best to check. Dry the bag off off and put into made up box. Sellotape can be used or a hot glue gun if you have one. The box can be reused but we recommend you don't reuse the bag.....wine residues do get into the bag seams where they will encourage bacteria. I also think it wise to keep the bag in a box away from anything which may be damaged from a leak...at least until you're sure the bag and tap are secure.
